Το ΚΤΗΜΑ ΓΕΝΝΗΜΑ ΨΥΧΗΣ της οικογένειας Μανωλεσάκη δραστηριοποιείται στην αμπελουργία & οινοποίηση από το 1989, μια κομβική περίοδος που συμπίπτει με το ξεκίνημα του αμπελώνα της περιοχής της Αδριανής στη Δράμα, με τις κοσμοπολίτικες γαλλικές ποικιλίες Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Syrah. Ο Γιώργος Μανωλεσάκης είναι από τους πρώτους – αν όχι ο πρώτος – που αναβίωσε την αμπελουργία στην ιστορική περιοχή αυτή, ο οποίος με την βοήθεια του γιού του Σταύρου Μανωλεσάκη, ασχολούνται προσωπικά με το σύνολο των εργασιών της καλλιέργειας των αμπελιών & της παραγωγής των οίνων του κτήματος και φροντίζουν να διατηρηθεί ο σεβασμός στις προσταγές της Φύσης παράλληλα με την βελτιστοποίηση της αμπελουργικής & παραγωγικής διαδικασίας, ώστε τα κλήματα να μπορούν να αποδώσουν τα τυπικά χαρακτηριστικά του μικροκλίματος (terroir) της περιοχής, που αποτελεί και τον αρχικό στόχο της προσπάθειάς αυτής. Το 2004, η διαρκής αναζήτηση οδήγησε σε νέες καλλιέργειες ελληνικών γηγενών ποικιλιών όπως η Μαλαγουζιά, το Μοσχάτο Αλεξανδρείας, το Ασύρτικο, και το Αγιωργίτικο και το 2008 προστέθηκαν οι επίσης ελληνικές ποικιλίες Μοσχόμαυρο και Λημνιό.
Το 1998 ολοκληρώνονται οι εγκαταστάσεις του οινοποιείου του ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ ΜΑΝΩΛΕΣΑΚΗ με μια υπερσύγχρονη οινοπαραγωγική μονάδα έκτασης 1500 τ.μ. που βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιδιόκτητου αμπελώνα 200 στρεμμάτων στις πλαγιές της Αδριανής, λίγα χιλιόμετρα έξω από την πόλη της Δράμας.
Στόχος των ανθρώπων του κτήματος είναι η παραγωγή υψηλής ποιότητος κρασιών αποκλειστικά από τον ιδιόκτητο αμπελώνα, ώστε να αναδεικνύουν τις ιδιαιτερότητες της κάθε ποικιλίας , σε απόλυτη αρμονία με το μικροκλίμα και το έδαφος των αμπελώνων, τα τυπικά χαρακτηριστικά του terroir της περιοχής. - Αδριανή

The Manolesakis family is engaged in the viticulture and the winemaking since 1989, a crucial
period that coincides with the revival of the Adriani vineyard by planting cosmopolitan French
varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Syrah).
George Manolesakis is amongst the first if not the very first people who revived the viticulture
in this historic area with and the precious help of his dear son Stavros Manolesakis, they
are personally taking care of the cultivation of the vines as well as of the production of the
Estate’s wines, while keeping in mind to respect of what mother Nature dictates, along with
the optimization of the wine production process and so the vines can deliver characteristic
microclimate (terroir) region, which is the primary goal of this effort.
In 2004, the constant research & pioneering spirit of the Estate owners led to the planting &
cultivation of Greek indigenous varieties such as Malagouzia, Muscat of Alexandria, Assyrtiko
and Agiorgitiko, in 2008 the native varieties of Moschomavro, Limnio and Pinot noir were
planted as well.
In 1998 the winery installations of the Estate were completed, with a sophisticated & state of
the art unit of 1500 sq.m, located in the heart of the Estate’s 200 acres vineyard at the slopes
of Adriani village, just a few kilometres off the town of Drama.
The main goal of the people of the Estate is the production of high quality wines exclusively
from the privately owned vineyards in order to highlight the particularities of each variety –
always in perfect harmony with the microclimate and soil of the vineyards – the typical characteristics
of the terroir of the region.
The Winery is visitable. The wine-lovers visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant tour
in the winery, as well in the cellar. They will learn about the art of the winemaking and the
enjoyment of the wine, to participate in wine tastings or to have a good time, as the external
