Καλωσήρθατε στο μεθυστικό κόσμο του Κτήματος Σαμπάνη!
ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ: Στην καρδιά της αμπελουργικής ζώνης της Αυλίδας, σε απόσταση μόλις 15 χλμ από τη Χαλκίδα και πολύ κοντά στην Αθήνα, ένας ιδιωτικός γραμμικός αμπελώνας από επιλεγμένες γηγενείς και ξένες ποικιλίες αγκαλιάζει το υπερσύγχρονο οινοποιείο της οικογένειας Σαμπάνη. Η Αυλίδα είναι πολύ γνωστή από την αρχαιότητα, αφού αποτελεί το λιμάνι, όπου συγκεντρώθηκαν οι τριήρεις των Ελλήνων για να καταπλεύσουν στην Τροία.
ΜΙΚΡΟΚΛΙΜΑ: Το ιδανικό έδαφος της περιοχής, σε συνδυασμό με τις εξαιρετικές κλιματικές συνθήκες που επικρατούν, δικαιολογούν απόλυτα την επιλογή των ιδιοκτητών να παράξουν αυθεντικά ποιοτικά Ελληνικά κρασιά μέσα στο εξαιρετικό μικροκλίμα (terroir) της περιοχής.
ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΕΙΟ: Ο υποδειγματικός χώρος οινοποίησης -ειδικά σχεδιασμένος να υποδέχεται τα σταφύλια αμέσως μετά τη συλλογή τους κατά τον τρύγο και την ομαλή (σχεδόν χωρίς πίεση) κυκλοφορία του μούστου και του κρασιού- στεγάζει όλο τον απαραίτητο και υπερσύγχρονο εξοπλισμό για την παραγωγή κρασιών υψηλής ποιότητας: πνευματικά πιεστήρια, ειδικές δεξαμενές προζυμωτικής κρυοεκχύλισης λευκών κρασιών, ανοξείδωτες δεξαμενές ζύμωσης λευκής και ερυθρής οινοποίησης με αυτόματο σύστημα ψύξης, η ισοβαρική γραμμή εμφιάλωσης. Τέλος, μέσα στα νέα μας βαρέλια γαλλικής δρυός το κρασί μακράς ωρίμανσης "ησυχάζει" υπομονετικά. Σύμβολο της ελπίδας και χαρακτηριστικό γνώρισμα του οικογενειακού οινοποιείου είναι το μικρό Εκκλησάκι του Αγίου Ιωάννη που στέκεται με χάρη στην είσοδο του οινοποιείου και συμβάλει με την παρουσία του στην ομαλή πορεία κάθε οινοπαραγωγικής διαδικασίας. - Αγ. REGION: In the heart of the winemaking area of Avlida, only 15 km outside the city of Chalkis and very close to Athens, a privately –owned linear vineyard from selected indigenous and foreign varieties embraces the ultramodern wine factory of the Sabanis Family. Avlida is very well known since the ancient years, because it was the harbor where the Greek forces first gathered in order to sail to Troy. TERROIR :So much, the ideal land constitution of the territory as well as the excellent climatic conditions absolutely certify the choices of the owners for producing authentic Greek wines of high quality into the exceptional microclimate of the region.
