THE ANAMA CONCEPT
The 'Anama Concept, brainchild of oenologist Lefteris Mohianakis and designer Kristina Apostolou, is an exclusive wine brand, designed to target the international audience by offering high value products and experiences. All wines/spirits produced are structurally designed to be characterized by complexity, balance and finesse. The artisanal packaging of each product is designed to tastefully 'dress' the wine for as long as its’ final owner ages it. Selected raw & precious materials are handcrafted, completing the uniqueness of each Wine & Spirit produced.

Being a small, family-run business, ‘Anama was established in 2009 as a creative project, motivated by two individual crafters and their common passion in reviving Cyprus’s wine tradition, mastered on this island since antiquity and bringing it into the 21st Century. Through the years and by delving deeper into experimentations, wine styles & gastronomy, as well as the unique history behind the indigenous grape varieties, the brand’s portfolio has been enriched with a variety of small batch, fine wines & spirits, solely focusing on these local, ancient grape varieties. At the same time, our Boutique Winery is designed to be the premium environment to fully experience the lifestyle approach that we propose.

As a limited collection of Wines & Spirits in line with the islands' traditional heritage (terroir, varieties, historical background etc.), “The ‘Anama Concept” is perhaps the most sophisticated Wine & Lifestyle brand in Cyprus, known for its refined and adventurous protocol of micro-vinification. The vineyard cultivation, as well as the winemaking and aging of our Wines & Spirits, are meticulously designed by oenologist Lefteris Mohianakis, operated however mainly by hands and tools, therefore minimizing the use of machinery & automatic systems, to ensure diversity through each harvest and unique tasting experiences of our clients, with human factor being at the center of the interest.

This year, "The Anama Concept" have been awarded within the "100 Best Luxury Wine&Spirits Brands in the World for 2023",
by Luxury Lifestyle Awards, NY, being the first cypriot winery to have received this prestigious award.
