Εδώ και 40 χρόνια η οικογένεια Τζιβάνη ασχολείται με τη βιολογική καλλιέργεια γηγενών και διεθνών ποικιλιών, όπως Μαλαγουζιά, Αθήρι, Αγιωργίτικο, Μοσχοφίλερο, Ροδίτης, λευκή Κουντούρα, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay κ.ά.
Oι βιολογικοί αμπελώνες του κτήματος Τζιβάνη, βρίσκονται στην Ριτσώνα και στο Άρμα της Θήβας, περιοχές από την αρχαιότητα γνωστές για το ιδανικό τους μικροκλίμα για την παραγωγή εξαίρετων κρασιών. Οι υψομετρικές διαφορές και η σύνθεση του εδάφους, συντελούν σε μια ζηλευτή πολυπλοκότητα γεύσεων και αρωμάτων που διακρίνουν σήμερα τον χαρακτήρα των εκλεκτών κρασιών του κτήματος Τζιβάνη.
Η διαδικασία της οινοποίησης, εξασφαλίζεται στο σύγχρονο οινοποιείο της οικογένειας στην Ριτσώνα κοντά στην Χαλκίδα. Το οινοποιείο διαθέτει υψηλή τεχνολογία αιχμής και στεγάζεται σε ένα πανέμορφο κτήριο παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής.
Εδώ όλα τα κρασιά ζυμώνουν κάτω από άψογες οινολογικές συνθήκες, ενώ στο υπόγειο κελάρι, όπου η τεχνολογία συναντά την παράδοση, τα ερυθρά ωριμάζουν και παλαιώνουν υπομονετικά μέσα σε μικρά δρύινα βαρέλια.
Τα κρασιά του κτήματος εξάγονται σε πολλές χώρες της Ευρώπης, Ασίας και Αμερικής και έχουν βραβευθεί σε όλους τους διεθνείς διαγωνισμούς Οίνου που έχουν συμμετάσχει.
Στο εξαιρετικό Μουσείο Οίνου και Λαογραφίας, ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να θαυμάσει σπάνια αντικείμενα, παραδοσιακά εργαλεία και μηχανισμούς, τα οποία χρησιμοποιούνταν πάνω από 100 χρόνια στη παραγωγή του Οίνου, του λαδιού και στις διάφορες αγροτικές καλλιέργειες.
Κατά την περίοδο του τρύγου, οι οινόφιλοι επισκέπτες και οι μαθητές των σχολείων μπορούν να τρυγήσουν και να πατήσουν τα σταφύλια φτιάχνοντας πετιμέζι και μουσταλευριά.
Στους χώρους του Οινοποιείου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν Συνέδρια, εκθέσεις, δεξιώσεις γάμου κ.α.

TZIVANI BIO WINES ESTATE
For the last 40 years, the Tzivani family has been cultivating organic indigenous and international varieties, such as Malagouzia, Athiri, Agiorgitiko, Moschofilero, Roditis, White Kountoura, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.
Τhe 28 Ha proprietary organic vineyards of the estate, are situated in the areas of Ritsona and Arma Thiva, which since antiquity are famous for their ideal microclimate for excellent wines. Moreover, the altitude differences and the composition of the soil, contribute to a jealous complexity of flavors and aromas that distinguish the character of the exquisite wines of the Tzivani estate. The fine process of winemaking is ensured in the winery which is furnished with high technology equipment.
The winery is housed in a beautiful building of traditional architecture, in Ritsona, near the town of Chalkida. All the wines are fermented under the best oenological conditions, while in the underground cellar, where technology meets tradition, all the reds mature and age patiently in small oak barriques.
The wines of the estate have been awarded in all the international wine competitions that have participated, and are exported to many countries in Europe, Asia and America.
The winery is hosting multi-purpose venues. Conferences, exhibitions, wedding receptions and several Social and Business Events.
In the Museum, the visitor can admire rare objects, traditional tools, and mechanisms of more than 100 years old, which have been used in the wine, olive oil and others agriculture productions.
During the harvest season, the visitors and school students, can harvest and press by feet the grapes making must, must syrup, and must cream.
